Imagine a world where all people have equal rights and opportunities. A world where women and girls are not afraid of walking home late at night after work, and men and boys are not trapped in oppressive masculinities that influence them to marry several women without obtaining the means or know-how to treat them equally.

Imagine equality in political leadership and corporate boardrooms when women have equal say in decisions that affect their bodies, their lives, their policies, and environment from European cities to African cities or in the  Middle East.

Imagine Men and women get paid equally for work of equal value and share the care work at home.

There's something about the turnover of a new year that causes us to reflect on the past and to project our Hope's and dreams into the future.

What have we done, given or created that we can improve upon?

Who do we want to become in the days and months ahead?

Despite our best intentions, most people fail to take their dreams about what their future will be and make them real.

But we are not most people - We commit and follow through, and with the new decade we can accelerate together and support even our biggest goals and dreams.
